  • We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you or your clients to our contracted, insurance carriers, underwriting, claims and marketing affiliates to the extent that is necessary to complete the business transaction on your behalf, such as at the time of policy renewal. We may also disclose nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted or required by law.

We disclose the following nonpublic personal information about you to the above mentioned firms-

  • Information such as your name, address, telephone and fax numbers, social security number, birth date, marital status, assets, income and beneficiaries; and
  • Information about your transaction with us, our affiliates or others, such as your policy coverage, premiums, and payment history

You can control how we handle your nonpublic personal information-

  • You could refuse to allow us to obtain, use or share your personal information or you could also withdraw a previously given consent at any time by exercising the “opt-out” right. However, by doing this you are stopping us from obtaining better coverage or better prices from different insurance company at the time of your current policy renewal, for the purpose of obtaining renewal quotations. If you wish to opt-out, please instruct now by calling us at 1-800-486-0419. We may share information about you if we do not hear from you within 30 days.  However you may opt-out at any time.  Even if you opt-out, we may still disclose information as allowed by law.

  • Premier Benefit Resources has been diligently following the evolution of the Administrative Simplification provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our goal is to ensure our systems, supporting business processes, policies, and procedures successfully meet the implementation standards and deadlines mandated by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
