Vicki Bosmons, President & Founder
Vicki brings more than 20 years experience in the insurance industry. In addition to running PBR since 2005, Vicki held the Managing Director of Group Benefits position for the multi-national Hanna Insurance Solutions Company. She was responsible for the Traditional Group Department. From 1993 to 2004, she ran Bosmans and Associates, Inc., delivering small group solutions to her clients. Prior to that, she worked as a Sales Representative for Home Life Insurance Company. Vicki is committed to nurturing long term relationships with her clients and brings the wisdom of deep experience. She and her husband are avid world travelers and enjoy deep sea scuba diving adventures.

Laura Montgomery, Account Manager

Laura has been in the insurance industry for 12 years, she has experience from all sides of the insurance industry. Laura has worked at medical billing agencies, medical groups, insurance carriers and brokers.  Furthermore, from 1998 to 2004, she was part of the management staff at Hill Physicians Medical Group (Independent Physician Association).  She has extensive experience in account management, customer service, claims, appeals, quoting and medical underwriting.  Laura holds a Life Agent License.  She loves spending time with her three children and her two year old granddaughter.

Mike April, Benefits Consultant

Mike has been in the insurance industry since 2001.  He joined PBR as an employee benefits broker helping small to medium size companies select and implement comprehensive, cost effective benefit plans.  He also has extensive experience in payroll and HR Services.  Mike also has five additional years working in property damage and bodily injury claims.  He is married with a five year old daughter and two year old son.  Mike graduated from California State University Sacramento. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, softball, football and spending time with his family.

Beverly Frahm, Benefits Consultant

Beverly Frahm, is a senior management consultant and certified coach specializing in Human Resources, organizational and individual development. She brings over 18 years of experience. She lives in Danville and is a nature enthusiast and likes to travel.

Tracy Blakely
<empty>
Tracy began working in the insurance industry as a teen and brings nearly 20 years of experience to PBR. After graduating with a degree in Journalism from San Jose State University, she remained at Allstate then went on to explore the world of Employee Benefits first as a Client Service Representative then shortly thereafter as an Account Manager. Tracy resides in the Oakland hills and is an active participant in the local arts and entertainment community.

Seema Rasheed
<empty>
Seema has over 6 years of healthcare industry experience. She has knowledge of medical groups and insurance companies. In her previous position with Hill Physicians Medical Group as a Practice Support Advisor, she was known for always receiving over 90 percentile in her customer satisfaction surveys. She believes in fostering professional relationships with her clients with great integrity and enthusiasm. She loves to spend time with her husband and two wonderful kids.
 
Anne Marie Foley

Anne Marie came to Premier Benefit Resources from the insurance carrier, Assurant Employee Benefits.  At Assurant, Anne Marie was responsible for training the brokerage community on ancillary employee benefits (dental, disability, and life insurance).  She has over 4 years experience in the insurance industry, and holds a Life Agent and a Property & Casualty license.  She is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.  Anne Marie lives in San Francisco and enjoys golfing, hiking, and traveling during her free time.
