Vicki brings more than 18 years experience in the insurance industry. In addition to running PBR during 2005 and 2006, Vicki held the Managing Director of Group Benefits position for the multi-national Hanna Insurance Solutions Company. She was responsible for the Traditional Group Department. From 1993 to 2004, she ran Bosmans and Associates, Inc., delivering small group solutions to her clients. Prior to that, she worked as a Sales Representative for Home Life Insurance Company. Vicki is committed to nurturing long term relationships with her clients and brings the wisdom of deep experience. She and her husband are avid world travelers and enjoy deep sea scuba diving adventures.

Laura has been in the insurance industry for 10 years, working with medical groups, insurance companies and brokers. Furthermore, from 1998 to 2004, she worked at Hill Physicians Medical Group (Independent Physician Association). She has extensive experience in account management, customer service, claims, appeals, quoting and medical underwriting. Laura holds a Life Agent License. She has three children and will be a grandmother in June.

Mike has over six years experience in payroll and HR services, including five additional years working in property damage and bodily injury claims. In 2004 and 2005, at his previous employer, ADP Payroll Services, Mike was named one of the top-performing representatives on the West Coast. He is married with a three-year-old daughter and brand new baby boy. Mike graduated from California State University Sacramento. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, softball, football and fantasy sports.

Beverly Frahm, is a senior management consultant and certified coach specializing in Human Resources, organizational and individual development. She brings over 18 years of experience. She lives in Danville and is a nature enthusiast and likes to travel.

Tracy began working in the insurance industry as a teen and brings nearly 20 years of experience to PBR. After graduating with a degree in Journalism from San Jose State University, she remained at Allstate then went on to explore the world of Employee Benefits first as a Client Service Representative then shortly thereafter as an Account Manager. Tracy resides in the Oakland hills and is an active participant in the local arts and entertainment community.

Seema has over 6 years of healthcare industry experience. She has knowledge of medical groups and insurance companies. In her previous position with Hill Physicians Medical Group as a Practice Support Advisor, she was known for always receiving over 90 percentile in her customer satisfaction surveys. She believes in fostering professional relationships with her clients with great integrity and enthusiasm. She loves to spend time with her husband and two wonderful kids.
